Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the digital operations management, working in close collaboration with store managers, across all countries, to ensure store operations are in line with brand standards and strategic objectives.
Actively participate in the implementation and update of both new and current digital tools (ERPs, CRMs), in order to improve the in-store customer experience.
Act, when necessary, as the Head Office liaison with Front Office for technical support of POS, screens and the brand’s real-time digital platform, that manages store operations, so that can be accessible from anywhere and be properly maintained.
Assist in training franchisees in the correct use of all the functionalities of any digital application and resolve their queries.
Implement tracking systems to measure store performance using KPI’s.
Play a key role in encouraging store autonomy to increase their engagement by being active participants in their own development.
Responsible for updating and maintaining both the Store Master Database and the Store Process and Procedure Manuals to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Experienced with Oracle IMS, and Oracle Micro Software is a must
Highly IT proficient able to maintain systems promptly and diligently.
Ability to execute the timely fulfilment of multiple IT requests at any one time
Exceptional Analytical skills. Advanced Excel abilities
Ability to extract data and form opinions that translate into presentations to be presented at a board level.
Ability to compile professional presentations for month end reporting and daily reporting.
Experience in working with Third Part IT providers
Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise error free.
Preferably honed in the hospitality sector
Rapid resolution of problems to provide excellent customer service.
Studies: Bachelor's. Engineering Degree (Preferred)
