As a Multi-Task Driver and Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be safe and efficient transportation of company personnel and goods. However, your role extends beyond driving, encompassing a variety of tasks to support our company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving: Safely transport employees and goods to various destinations, including offices, client meetings, and suppliers.
2. Courier Services: Coordinate and perform courier tasks, including the pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and supplies as needed.
3. Purchasing: Assist in purchasing supplies, equipment, or materials required by the company. This may involve visiting suppliers or stores.
4. Logistics Support: Monitor and coordinate shipments at ports and other logistical hubs. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, liaising with shipping partners and customs as necessary.
5. Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure the company's vehicles are in optimal condition.
6. Flexibility: Be adaptable and willing to assist with other tasks as required, such as office errands, administrative support, or ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
