Job Description
  • Helping the service team to improve their productivity by making the schedule and coordinating with the service technician & after-sales department for the installation, repair, and warranty.
  • Handling customer calls for service request calls, emails, and messages whenever required.
  • Coordinating with the procurement department to arrange spare parts for relevant customers.
  • Create Job cards, Quotations, Warranty, and annual maintenance according to the customer needs via ERP.
  • maintain the database of customers of the service & after sales Department.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain service team revenue records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Handling petty cash and reimbursement with finance team.
  • Male candidate preferred who is expert in software using & MS office .
