Helping the service team to improve their productivity by making the schedule and coordinating with the service technician & after-sales department for the installation, repair, and warranty.
Handling customer calls for service request calls, emails, and messages whenever required.
Coordinating with the procurement department to arrange spare parts for relevant customers.
Create Job cards, Quotations, Warranty, and annual maintenance according to the customer needs via ERP.
maintain the database of customers of the service & after sales Department.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain service team revenue records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Handling petty cash and reimbursement with finance team.
Male candidate preferred who is expert in software using & MS office .
