URGENT HIRING FOR E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR.

Ecommerce:
- Manage pickers on a daily basis.
- Stock control and ensure accuracy of stock balances (1 stock taking/ month)
- Orders processing and invoicing through different portals and ERP.
- Communicate with all online customers and maintain maximum service level.
- Leasing with the third-party delivery on delivery time & place on a daily basis.
- Manage the return orders and post on time.
- Ensure the Ecommerce warehouse hygiene and staff hygiene – As mentioned in the training book.
- Daily communication and reporting to Line Manager
- Timely reporting and performing duties as instructed by Manager
Marketing:
- Supporting the Marketing department activities, administration, etc.
- Coordinating with all Marketing suppliers, Purchase department and Finance for order placing, delivery, and warehousing of Marketing materials
- Interacting with Sales team for ongoing POSM requirements and ensuring all POSM are in line with Brand guidelines.
- Trade Marketing related – category management POS printing, order, follow-up, stock keeping, etc.
- Cataloguing and filing all executed Marketing activities and materials as required for ongoing reference.
- Contribution to training the Kiosk staff (gift packing guidelines, new ideas, etc.)
- Implementing internal in-office branding requirements as required
- Monitoring and updating overall Marketing budget and expenses as incurred by Marketing department.
- LPO creation, Invoice filing, follow-up with Finance regarding payments, etc.
Candidate requirements:
Education: bachelor’s degree in business Administration
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in handling E Commerce shop
Language: English (Both written & verbal)
Skills: ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred), Should be able to use WMS handheld devices, very good communication skills.
