Responsibilities
· E-commerce Coordinator Knowledge about E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Careem, Talabat, Noon, etc.
· Develop and Implement E-commerce Sales Strategies.
· Uploading & listing of new products across all the ecommerce platforms.
· Communicating with B2B customers - Marketing asset investments, pushing product ranges, Rebate negotiations, Brand Development strategy, Physical/online meetings to review performance and discuss marketing budget required.
· Bi-weekly sales analysis of customers - Analyzing brands see sales movement, Action plan to achieve targets and push customers accordingly.
· Finding new markets leads - Pitching company brands and products, price quotation.
· Initiating account openings and maintaining current account contracts Planning quarterly marketing budget with suppliers for various marketing campaigns.
· Providing finance team with monthly marketing file Finding new markets leads - Pitching company brands and products, price quotation.
· Coordinating with finance for pending payment and allocation for e-commerce customers, follow up with customers & pushing for payment.
· Brainstorming growth ideas and business development for ecommerce.
· Content Management & SEO - Amazon product optimization: Regularly updating backend search terms, Monitoring product rank and visibility, Managing and creating A+ & B+ content. Daily logistics coordination Customer complaint management.
