As the Online Marketing Manager at Lulu Group's E-Commerce Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online retail operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, optimizing digital campaigns, and enhancing our online presence to attract and retain customers.
Responsibilities
1) Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with the e-commerce department's goals and objectives.
2) Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and more.
3) Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital marketing efforts, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
4) Customer Acquisition: Implement strategies to acquire new customers and drive online traffic to our e-commerce platform.
5) Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
6) SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search advertising (SEM) campaigns
7) Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, create engaging content, and engage with the online community.
8) Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
9) Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and provide regular financial reports.
10) Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Qualifications
1) Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in online marketing and e-commerce, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
3) Proficiency in data analytics and digital marketing software
4) Strong project management skills
