Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
o Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or manufacturing industry (typically 3-5 years).
o Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
o Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
o Certification in estimating or quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, AACE International).
