An “Executive Assistant “for immediate hiring as per the below details:

Ø Requirements:

- Native Arabic Speaker.

- Fluent English “spoken & written”.

- +3 years’ experience in real estates and property management field.

- Microsoft office knowledge is a must.

- Currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate.

Ø Responsibilities: -

- General administrative and clerical support.

- Writing and replying on emails after getting approval from Direct/General managers.

- Prepare letters, quotations & property management agreements.

- Send renewal notice, legal notice & quotations for tenants when requested.

- Updating visa & passport renewal list of all staff & following up with PRO for renewal.

- Getting quotations from suppliers for (Civil defense, Elevators, General maint., Ac maint., Property insurance, CCTV system,,,,,,,,,, etc).

- Handle company website & advertisements.

- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.

- Organize & attend meetings and keep MOM.

- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.

- Generally providing administrative support to all departments as and when required.

- Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.

- Any other responsibility which HOD or Management may Assign.
