The ideal candidate will provide general administrative and secretariat support in day-to-day functions. Perform administrative and secretarial support – coordinate activities, conduct research, and ensure that requests are carried out.

4 or more years experience in an executive or administrative role reporting directly to the executive.
Strong Arabic and English language skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
