We are looking for an energetic EA to join our growing organization. As our EA you will assist our CEO to facilitating the efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and has all necessary materials.
Communication:Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Travel Arrangements:Coordinate and book travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
Ensure all travel-related documents and information are organized and readily accessible.
Meeting Support:Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings attended by the CEO.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
Confidentiality:Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Office Management:Maintain the CEO's office, ensuring it is organized, well-stocked, and functional.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Project Assistance:Assist the CEO in various projects, including research, data analysis, and special initiatives.
Event Coordination:Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and board meetings.
Prioritization:Help the CEO prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Administrative Support:Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, expense tracking, and managing correspondence.
