LOOKING FOR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST THAT HAS EXPERIENCED IN FIT OUT/CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY!

We are looking for a receptionist with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone, and mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

  • REQUIRED: 1-2 yr UAE experience in INTERIOR Fit Out/Constructions industry .
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
  • Handling telephone inquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning, preparing site plan daily schedule.
  • Monitoring and handling Driver/labor schedule and projects requirements daily report.
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post and ensure it is logged accordingly.
  • Managing meeting room availability
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mails
  • Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
  • Recording and maintaining office expenses
  • Complete lead management from generating the lead to measuring/analyzing performance of the leads whilst being dealt with the sales team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
