We are currently seeking a Female Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant to immediately join in our Dubai Office. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is having a positive attitude, intelligent , proactive and possess strong communication skills. Middle East working experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and purchase orders
  • Assist the sales team by scheduling customer appointments
  • Coordinate on sales and office activities
  • Follow up on invoices and payments
  • Manage petty cash
  • Provide payroll support to the head office and assist in coordination
  • Facilitate inter-office coordination
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and gather feedback
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages from customers and related parties professionally
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records and prepare reports
  • Assist with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent English and Hindi speaking skills mandatory.
  • Candidates on spouse visa preferred.
