Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax documents and compliance reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the finance manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
