ESSENTIAL JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
· Influencer Strategy Management: You'll be responsible for crafting and executing influencer marketing strategies Globally- budget considered.
· Influencer Management for paid influencers Globally-Source Influencers who best fit our brand- manage deliverables, content approval, contracts, negotiations & tracking data
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
· Event Planning: Your role involves creating and executing a 12-month European event calendar, managing event logistics, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.
· Affiliate & Digital Marketing knowledge required.
· Must be able to work alongside marketing manager, trade marketing manager and full marketing team to create marketing presentations
· Brand Partnerships Including Charity: You'll develop and maintain strategic brand partnerships, foster partner relationships, and evaluate partnership effectiveness.
· B2B Marketing & Communications: Your duties include driving B2B marketing initiatives, creating engaging communications like newsletters, and keeping partners informed of company updates and opportunities.
· PR: You'll be responsible for contacting international and local media, managing public relations efforts to enhance the brand's image and reach.
· LinkedIn Management: Curate a 3-month pre planned content plan and oversee communication and posts on LinkedIn, managing the brand's presence on the platform to engage with the audience effectively.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
· Proven experience in influencer marketing
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

· Experience managing & allocating budgets
