Graphic Designer/Social Media Specialist:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies: Creating plans to promote AA Tienda on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Content creation: Creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience, such as graphics, videos, and written content and aligns with AA Tienda’s values and objectives.
  • Manage social media channels: Posting content on social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring and analysing social media performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure that the social media campaigns align with AA Tienda’s campaign goals. As a graphic designer, you may need to collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and web developers to create a cohesive design that meets objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date on social media trends: Must be aware of new social media features and trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze social media performance: Use analytics tools to track and analyse social media performance, identify trends and insights, and report on social media ROI.
  • Managing social media advertising campaigns: This involves creating and managing paid social media campaigns to reach a broader audience and achieve specific business goals.
  • Building relationships with influencers: Work with social media influencers to increase AA TIENDA’S brand awareness and promote products.
  • Creating visual designs: You will be responsible for creating visual designs that communicate AA TIENDA’S idea to the UAE/GCC target audience. This will involve designing logos, social media posts, brochures, business cards, and more.
  • Developing graphical/video concepts and ideas: Based on UAE/GCC market requirements, you will need to develop clothing concepts and ideas for designs. This may involve researching the target audience, understanding the AA TIENDA’S brand personality, design options and develop different types of graphics such as motion, vector, typography, 3D, infographics.
  • Managing multiple fashion projects: You may need to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines for AA Tienda.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant education: A degree in marketing, graphic/video design, or a business-related field is required.
  • Experience: You should have previous experience in social media management, ideally in luxury fashion or clothing industry.
  • Creativity: Needs to be creative and able to come up with unique and engaging social media campaigns that resonate with UAE/GCC target audience.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms: You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others. To be able to create content optimized for each platform.
  • Analytical skills: You should be able to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve social media performance.
  • Passion for fashion/clothing: Should have a genuine passion for fashion and be up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
  • Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry: Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and understanding of the UAE/GCC market is a massive plus.

Must provide a portfolio of your work.

One week probation period for this position.
