Job Description

We are urgently looking for Head of Projects, for handling fit out projects in UAE.

Job Description: -

- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of projects division to ensure smooth progress
- Create and implement company policies and processes as required
- Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality
- Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for a given project
- Monitor team production and satisfaction
- Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress & issues
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Recommends changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Utilize personal contacts in the market place and network to bring in new business to help grow the business.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Optimize business workflows
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization. - - - Oversee and ensure all projects are meeting financial objectives, are tracked, monitored and reported on a regular basis. This includes and is not limited to: labour productivity, risk management
- Set team and individual goals, communication with the management team & set departmental budget.
- Train, nurture, motivate & guide all fit out team to improve their operational knowledge.
- Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
- Analyze data to look at trends and find problems
- Overseeing the tender process and Represent Company in client tender team.
- Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility & Accountability.

Requitements: -

- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience with fit out companies is a must.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and design software like PMP, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.

- Bachelor's degree in design, Engineering, architecture, project management, or related field

- Must have valid UAE driving license.
