Holiday Homes Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Reservation and Booking Management:
· Proficiant and Familiar in Airbnb ,Booking .com ,and channel Manager/PMS software(mandatory)
. Responsible for Dtcm System registration
· Implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
. Ensure to check daily/weekly/monthly rates in order to maximise yield.
. Ensuring all financial aspects such as daily credit checks and reconsiliaton are done on daily basis.
2. Property Management:
· Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of owner units.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet company standards.
· Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to address issues promptly.
. Preparing a Preventative Maintance Plan to ensure all units are always in comapny standard condition.
. Closely Monitoring and reviewing operating supplies and equipment.
2. Guest Services:
· Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
· Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience by reviewing monthly performance.
3. Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
. Being able to lead the team in order to company goals.
. Closely work with the finance team to ensure there are no rate discrepancies.
4. Compliance and Legal Matters:
· Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
· Handle any legal or compliance issues that may arise.
