Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare quotations using ERP system
  • Sales Coordination
  • Booking through DHL/ Aramex
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledgeable in sales coordination
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently.
