Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Employee Records and Documentation:
  • Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and physical.
  • Ensure all HR documents are filed correctly and in compliance with company policies.
  • Process and update changes in employee information (e.g., personal data, salary, benefits).
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Assist employees with benefits-related queries and issues.
  • Help with the enrollment of new employees in benefits programs.
  • Track leave balances, sick days, and vacation time.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Collect and verify employee time sheets, attendance, and leave requests.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate documentation.
  • HR Compliance and Policies:
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee handbook and policies.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a liaison between employees and HR for various HR-related concerns.
  • Provide general HR support and address employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Help coordinate employee development programs and maintain training records.
  • General HR Support:
  • Support HR team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Handle confidential information and ensure privacy.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
