Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR and office operations, administrative tasks, and provide executive support, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR and administrative operations, including employee records, documentation, and coordination.
- Support management with executive assistance tasks and internal communication.
- Maintain and update employee data, attendance, and leave records accurately.
- Prepare and track reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure all company practices comply with UAE labor law.

What we look for:
- 1–3 years of HR and administrative experience in the UAE.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus.
