Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) Assistant is a professional who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist with recruitment and record maintenance as well as provide clerical support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • maintain time & attendance record
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Ticket booking
  • Data Entry

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of basic computer software like (MS Office)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
