Technical Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in BA / Com. / Equivalent

2 to 3 years experience in a HR Role - (HR , Payroll, Admin Department)

Familiarity in recruitment and compliance for staff/ labour

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in HR software ERP Microsoft Office Site (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of payroll systems and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and other compliance standards

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups, including field employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to explain HR policies and procedures clearly and concisely.

Organizational Skills:

  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.

Personal Attributes:

  • Confidentiality: Must maintain discretion with sensitive employee information.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address employee concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Team-Oriented: Works collaboratively with site managers and HR teams.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
