Micro Line Real Estate L.L.C is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with expertise in the Real Estate sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting Real Estate agents and managing HR functions specific to this industry.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the recruitment process for Real Estate agents, from sourcing to onboarding.
· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
· Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
· Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
· Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the Real Estate industry.
· Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
· Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
· Maintain accurate and updated HR records and documentation.
· Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment KPIs.
· Collaborate with management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist in the Real Estate industry.
· Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
