Key Responsibilities of HR Coordinator:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and assist with HR-related paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure smooth communication between the HR department and employees.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Proficient in speaking Hindi.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
