Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to create a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and development plans.
    • Identify and address employee performance issues in collaboration with management.
  • Training and Development:
    • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
    • Work with managers to identify training needs and implement targeted learning initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s benefits offerings.
  • HR Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
