A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a well-organised, extrovert and multitasker male HR/Admin executive with at least 2 years’ experience in the UAE, preferably in the Maid service or Cleaning and/or Facility Management business, to manage the growing family of 300 members.
Responsibilities:
Full recruitment process
Oversee employees’ welfare which includes but not limited to health and safety, accommodation management, employees’ development, handling employee grievances, etc.
All employee issues and concerns
Administrative duties including but not limited to co. documents renewal, insurance-related tasks, monthly payroll report, etc.
Requirements:
at least 2 years HR experience in the UAE is a MUST
Experience in managing more than 100 employees is a MUST
well-knowledgeable with UAE labor law and visa processing
Effective communication, mentoring, counseling skills
with passion for working with other people
Effective administrative & organisation skills
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
Proficient in microsoft excel, word and power point
