Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain and control attendance and leave digital records
  • Keep track of travel and other bookings for employees
  • Update and maintain relevant employee information digitally
  • Support senior business leaders in efficiently managing communication and schedules
  • Be the interface with employees for any support required by them

Technical skills:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency on the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and others
  • Digitally savvy, with a passion for technology
  • An HR qualification or certification is preferred

Interpersonal skills:

  • Personal integrity-honest and ethical
  • Energetic, with a passion to build relationship with people
  • Empathy- for all stakeholders
  • Mature
  • Very organized and has clarity of thought
