We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant cum Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Assisting the payroll team and ensure timely upload onto payroll system and salary to be submitted to Finance department to be releases within the timelines.
  • Monitoring the expiration for all insurances Medical, WC, PAR, PI, PL, CAR, and Vehicle Insurances and coordinating with insurances company for quotations.
  • Coordinate cancellation of Office & IT accesses, visa cancellation process, medical insurance cancellation for employee & family.
  • Payroll End of Service calculations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both HR and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
