We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant cum Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Assisting the payroll team and ensure timely upload onto payroll system and salary to be submitted to Finance department to be releases within the timelines.
Monitoring the expiration for all insurances Medical, WC, PAR, PI, PL, CAR, and Vehicle Insurances and coordinating with insurances company for quotations.
Coordinate cancellation of Office & IT accesses, visa cancellation process, medical insurance cancellation for employee & family.
Payroll End of Service calculations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in both HR and accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
