Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee issues and grievances in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues and processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Conduct market research to ensure the company's compensation structure is competitive.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
