Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented "HVAC Chiller Technician", to maintain and repair HVAC systems.
***Candidates must be based in the United Arab Emirates and should be available to join the immediately***
Responsibilities:
- Install compressors, evaporators, motors, ducts, and piping as well as mechanical and electrical controls read and interpret diagrams.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on FCU, blower, bearings, pumps, polyphase motors, shaft alignments and fans, document all maintenance and repair actions and manage equipment records.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing DX systems.
- Communicate maintenance or repair recommendations with customers to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Keep records and logs of all work performed.
- Expert on troubleshoot breakdowns and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and components; utilize measuring and testing instruments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 plus years of experience in UAE as a Chiller technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Knowledge of Brazing copper pipe for HVAC System.
- Knowledge of Star Delta panel wiring connection.
- Diagnostic skills
