*Graduation in Marketing or Similiar field.
*5 to 7 years of experience in import/export operations and customs clearance.
*Familiarity with UAE customs regulations and procedures.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, may be beneficial.
Customs Compliance:
* Stay updated on customs regulations, trade laws, and import/export policies in the UAE.
*Ensure that all imported goods comply with local regulations and standards.
Documentation:
Manage and review all import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Customs Declarations:
Prepare and submit customs declarations accurately and in a timely manner.
Liaise with customs authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in declarations.
Tariff Classification:
Classify goods according to the appropriate tariff codes for customs clearance.
Determine and apply applicable duties and taxes.
Knowledge:
Understanding of international trade, customs laws, and tariff
classifications.Knowledge of customs clearance software and systems.
