Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of telesales experience in the UAE, preferably with insurance products.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Online Portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
- Immediate joiners would be preferred.
