Oversee projects during all design and tender stages and manage the consultants to make sure the project reaches a coordinated success within the specified program as required in the design brief to reach an end result of the completion of the project.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Architecture/ Architecture and/or Engineering and preferably post-graduate qualifications in a built environment discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in built environment planning and design. At least 4 years’ experience in design consultancy role Design Management and/or Programme Management with a wide exposure to buildings, and preferably 1 year to have been with a reputable real estate developer
• Experience in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe In-Design, and Photoshop Working knowledge of project management and electronic document management system software (Primavera, Aconex) Competent understanding of tendering process.
