He/She is responsible to deliver outstanding creative work within their defined design group. He/She must manage timelines and make sure they are delivering good work on time, appropriate to the design brief. They are also responsible for assisting in the creation of BOQ’s, PO’s, and as a point of contact for installation. He/She plays an important role with the Senior designer and should shadow them to understand customers’ needs, ways of working inside Kidzink and ultimately build up to a level of experience where they can be trusted to run their own projects successfully and work up to Senior Designer level within the organisation. He/She plays an important role for the Senior Designer to keep Him/Her updated with the overall progress of their projects and highlight any bottle necks or issues preventing the delivery of a project on time and appropriate to the clients brief.

1. Delivery outstanding creative and accurate work.
2. Report to Senior designers on a regular basis to update with the overall progress of their projects and highlight any bottle necks or issues preventing the delivery of a project on time and appropriate to the clients brief.
3. Creativity o Continuously improve design creativity to ensure Kidzink stays ahead of the curve in terms of design and creativity o Attend brain-storming meetings and creative sessions with design team
4. Drawing output: The designer should be able to create excellent designs in either 2D or 3D drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. The drawings should accurately represent the clients brief. Ensure furniture selection is in line with Kidzink strategy of standard items and custom items only when needed o Ensure top projects are given top priority with the ultimate objective to deliver unmatchable creativity, value, speed and presentation quality o Make sure learning is a priority, seek help and grow within the team!
5. Collaboration : Ensure work is conducted in a collaborative manner to ensure quality output and large projects share the same look and feel.
