Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team for a construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the construction project, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in UAE.
