IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator who can manage web and mobile projects by establishing clear project scopes, leading team members toward successful completion (on time and on budget), and communicating progress (and challenges) to clients when necessary. We are looking for candidates who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and hungry to learn and grow with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead team to successful execution on various project types including mobile applications, ecommerce site and large-scale web applications
• Assess client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective solutions
• Plan out project deliverables and team formation
• Oversee project scope and schedule
• Work with team to help in collaboration and meet deadlines
• Effectively communicate client needs to project team
• Manage internal resources including designers and developers
• Communicate to executive team overall health of assigned accounts and projects

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including designers and developers
• Background in application development or software design
• Knowledge and understanding on Google Cloud and Python
• Experience with web development, mobile, ecommerce sites, and cross-browser QA
• Well versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
