Assist in the design development and implementation of Architectural projects. Responsible for producing design drawings, assisting with project management, and conducting research on building materials and technologies.
Role deliverables
1. Work with senior architects to develop design concepts and prepare design drawings.
2. Conduct research on building materials and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
3. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, bill of quantities and timelines.
4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that designs meet all relevant building codes and regulations.
5. Attend client meetings and assist in the development of client presentations.
6. Prepare and revise design drawings and submittals to ensure that they meet design specifications
7. Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
8. Perform site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to design specifications
