Junior HR Generalist
Salary; AED 4000
Responsibilities
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
· Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits
· Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
· Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
· Conduct and improve training and development programs
· Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or business administration or any related field
Experience
1-2 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Coordinator (UAE experience is mandatory)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Dynamics ERP is preferred
Competency in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skills
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
