Maintain Sales Database, record daily Sales in Google sheets (Order Status) and Hubspot. Prepare & to Ensure all Invoices in excel to customers and PO’s from customers are accurate as per margins set by Sales Person. Follow up Brands for the order completion and packing details. Follow up for PO’s from customers, Follow up for Payments/Advance Payments for Ready goods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Update & Maintain Googles Sheets (Order Status) Tracker & Hubspot Sales. Prepare MIS Reports (Sales).
- Invoices and NIS Implementation files in MS Excel to customers. Handling master data & Consignment invoices reconciliation, convert prices to RRP AED when received from brand.
- Follow up for PO’s from customers, Follow up for Payments/Advance Payments for Ready goods. Pass the information to logistics when received from customers. Prepare order forms for all customers and submit order to all brands except IT.
- Follow up Brands for order completion and packing details and coordinate with Logistics to arrange shipments. Prepare implementation files for consignments. Sales Campaign Launch and update new contacts in fresh works.
- Any special tasks given by colleagues (uploading sales data in market places, Store Hippo, updating excel order sheets with images etc.)
Competencies with Description
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) Systems
- Experience in Retails - Fashion background
