Junior Performance Consultant

Full job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-3 Years of Experience in any Management function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Assist in conducting performance assessments of business processes, teams, and individual employees.
• Gather relevant performance metrics and conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement of consulting projects
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to the senior consultant and management team.
• Support the development of performance improvement strategies and initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
