Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Plan and conduct incoming inspections for all the purchased material as per specification and PO.
  • Fulfill the syteline entry as per procedure/ work instructions.
  • Maintain traceability/ documentation for spares.
  • Do the follow-up documentation with supplier/ WOM group.
  • Inspection activities of shop - in process, hardness, hydro-test witness, final inspection.
  • Spare outgoing inspection.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and fulfil departmental Quality objectives.
  • Stock assessment for quality along with the store department.
  • In-house instruments/ gauges calibration.
  • Data books preparation as per project requirement.

Key Competencies:

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Inspection, instruments knowledge, inspection techniques, drawing knowledge.
  • Good employee interpersonal skills.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Diploma in Mechanical engineering NDT - Level I / Level II MP
  • Previous experience in quality control or relevant internships is an advantage but not mandatory.
