Job description

• Experience as QS for at least two years is a must
• Taking quantities from the Drawing.
• Preparing the material break up as per site condition
• Collecting the information from project manager regarding the work plan
• Measurements with Planswift for final take off
• Preparing Subcontractor payment certificate
• Updating the Bill of material based on changes
• Filing the documents for future reference
• Preparing Document Log sheet
• Revising the BOM after clients variation approval
• Preparing the scope of work for the subjected variation and BOQ

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating, interpersonal skills and work ethics.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• A valid driver's license preferred.
• Great networking abilities.
