Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Chemical related field
Relevant experience in Chemical sales, added value if related to Polymer Additives
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in persuasive communication and sales dialogue to effectively engage and convert potential clients
Passionate about exploring new destinations and eager to embrace travel opportunities
Great in building rapport with customers
Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers need
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in analyzing contract agreements and specifications
Drive revenue through sales generation, includes pre-sales and post sales
Prepares plans for business growth & sales forecasts
Proficiently prepares and submits comprehensive, fully compliant offers in response to RFQs and tenders, adhering to company best practices and specifications
Proactively introduce new products to both existing and potential accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and suggesting enhancements.
