Position Overview:
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, meetings and emails.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Research, track, maintain and update leads on the CRM
- Contact prospects to qualify leads via calls/emails
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research
- Attend networking events to generate leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: fixed monthly salary of 3-4K AED.
- Commission Structure: You have the potential to earn an attractive commission on every successful product sale and Ad subscription sale.
- Total Monthly Commission Potential: Up to 10,000 AED.
- Total Quarterly Commission Potential: Up to 6,000 AED.
- Total Yearly Bonus Potential: Up to 15,000 AED.
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): 207,000 AED.
- Average Ad sale earnings up to 10,000 AED.

Skills / attributes required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook and/or Apple products
- Experience in using CRM
- Strong project and time management skills
Qualifications / experience required:
- 1-2-year(s) experience in Lead Generation desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and the right mindset equally important as experience.
- Good written and spoken English is essential.
- Knowledge of another language is an advantage(Arabic, Russian, etc.) but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Self-motivated, with a driven, proactive attitude to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Can do, excuse-free attitude to get things done and deliver the company sales objectives.
