Job Description

The position is responsible for working closely with the Management Leasing to market new properties and manage existing ones in order to maximize the leasing opportunities and meet the corporate revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the assigned properties (Residential and Commercial) include Tenant and leasing management, property management, facilities management, rental management, negotiating lease agreements, generating rental income/revenue, implementing creative marketing strategies.

  • Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions.
  • Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligations.
  • Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by Management.
  • Assist with developing the Specialty Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required.
  • Develop and execute a lucrative Specialty Leasing program that not only delivers significant revenues to the property’s bottom line but increases the guest experience.
  • Achieves the organizations goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master`s degree , preferable in Business Administration or finance or any related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a reputable property management company.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in leasing and managing Residential & commercial properties.
