Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides front desk reception duties such as welcoming guest and clients in a polite manner.
  • Answering external calls and forward to the assigned brokers.
  • Dealing with email & walk-in client enquiries.
  • Listing/Editing properties in CRM Propspace/Brokerpad for portal marketing such (Property finder, Bayut & Dubizzle)
  • Manage and update platforms like Property finder, Bayut and dubizzle, etc for property checked/verification.
  • Drafting Tenancy Contracts, Form A, B, F and gathering forms & document materials.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing and faxing, etc.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 Years experience in Real Estate Dubai.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and procedures preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
