RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance to the Procurement Director.
Communicate with suppliers regarding cargo/order readiness.
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Coordinating with the Forwarders and Clearing Agent to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Monitoring and following up import shipments and timelines.
Collating bills and invoices to be submitted to Accounts Department.
Prepare accurate reports for the Procurement Director.
Registering products to Dubai Municipality (Montaji).
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Proven experience as logistics coordinator
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Computer-savvy
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
