Job Title: Sales Manager - Global Visa Services

Location: Dubai

Department: Sales

Reports To: Director of Sales or Head of Business Development

Job Overview:

The Sales Manager for Global Visa Services is responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of visa services for various destinations around the world. This role involves managing a team, setting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tourism industry, specifically in visa services, with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals for the global visa service division.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individuals seeking visa services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients and resolve any service issues to maintain client satisfaction.

3. Team Management and Development

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they understand the company’s visa services and sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and set individual and team performance targets.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages team members to meet or exceed their targets.

4. Sales Process Optimization

  • Develop and refine sales processes, including lead generation, client onboarding, and follow-up, to improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Implement CRM tools to manage customer data and track the performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, especially regarding client confidentiality and data protection.

5. Marketing and Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and online content that attract prospective clients.
  • Participate in or organize events, expos, and seminars to promote the company’s visa services.
  • Gather feedback from clients and market insights to inform future marketing strategies.

6. Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing revenue, targets achieved, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates, to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

7. Market Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s visa services into new markets or regions.
  • Conduct market research to understand visa requirements and regulations for different countries and adapt services accordingly.
  • Develop partnerships with local and international stakeholders to facilitate visa processes and grow market reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the tourism or visa service industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of global visa requirements and application processes for various countries.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
