Job Description:
· Assist the Procurement Director.
· Communicate with suppliers regarding cargo/order readiness.
· Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
· Coordinating with the Forwarders and Clearing Agent to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
· Prepare accurate reports for the Procurement Director.
· Registering products to Dubai Municipality (Montaji). Dubai trade
· Booking containers with transportation companies
· Overseeing all supply chain operations.
· Organizing transportation.
· Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
· Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
· Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
· Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
· Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
· Answering customer queries.
· Maintain Inventory records.
· Prepare delivery invoices and documents.
· Communicate carriers for deliveries.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· With experience in the UAE more than 3 years
· Willing to relocate or work in Sharjah.
