The Role

A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and providing support for efficient operation of fleet activities and collaborating with various stakeholders within the logistics team and other departments

Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse software , logistics management systems. Additional

Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Negotiate transportation rates & services, manage customs documentation and clearance, handling & compliance of MOFAIC, COO, TDRA, etc. requested by the customs government.

• collaborate on export documentation, handle freight invoices, and fullfil management-assigned tasks.
• Coordinate timely shipments with freight forwarders on time
• Coordinate with warehouse for Import of product
• Arranging the helper or office assistant for delivery of product on time to client
• Make sure the products are handled with care
